UKHolidayLets is currently a platform in pilot development. Information on this website describes the intended direction of the service and may change as development and partner onboarding progress.
No booking contract on this site
The current UKHolidayLets website does not itself complete accommodation bookings or take guest payments. Where we link to a property manager's booking website, any booking is made under that property's own booking terms, prices, cancellation rules and privacy information.
Google connectivity
References to Google Holiday Rentals describe planned connectivity work. They do not state or imply that UKHolidayLets is currently an approved Google connectivity partner. Participation remains subject to Google's onboarding, technical requirements, policies and approval.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate, but pilot features, integrations and availability can change. Nothing on this website guarantees that a particular integration, channel or commercial feature will be available to every property.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
