UKHolidayLets is being developed around the practical needs of independent property managers: accurate availability, owner-controlled pricing, direct booking and cleaner channel connectivity.
Why we are building it
Independent holiday properties often have to piece together websites, calendars, pricing tools, payment systems and distribution channels. UKHolidayLets is being designed to bring those jobs into a simpler operating layer while keeping the direct guest relationship with the property manager.
Our live pilot
Poundgate Park in East Sussex is the first live pilot. Its booking engine, pricing rules, payments and channel-calendar workflows give us a real environment in which to test the platform before extending it to other professionally managed properties.
How we intend to grow
The goal is a reusable platform in which each property manager can keep control of inventory, rates and guest relationships while using UKHolidayLets to connect those systems to selected distribution channels.
