What we are building
UKHolidayLets is being designed as a booking and connectivity platform rather than another portal that takes ownership of the guest relationship. The property manager remains responsible for the property, pricing, booking terms and guest service.

- Owner-controlled seasonal and stay-length pricing.
- Channel calendar and distribution connections.
- Booking-source and conversion reporting.
- Google Holiday Rentals connectivity, subject to Google onboarding and approval.
Who the pilot is for
Our initial focus is professionally managed UK holiday accommodation with a direct booking website and reliable availability data. We are deliberately starting small while the operating model is tested.
We have not published platform fees or commercial terms yet. Early conversations are for product fit and pilot interest, not a commitment to join.
